Both options have the same features and limits: explicit resource ownership, the 19-type Stripe relay baseline, independent retries, and retained-event replay.

The current cap is 100,000 retained canonical events per tenant, not a monthly allowance. Metadata remains until tenant deletion. Terminal payloads have a seven-day default; accepted pending work remains protected. Maximum source body: 1 MiB.
